I have detailed about our exploration at Ganapatipule beach in my earlier blog. After returning to our rooms after our morning stroll at the beach, we quickly realized that we were covered in sand from head to toe, a testament to our earlier beachfront exploration. A refreshing shower was in order to wash away the evidence of our sandy adventure, and we took some time to relax in the cozy comfort of our beds. However, the relentless roar of the ocean served as a reminder that Mother Nature had other plans for us.
Nature's avian ambassadors, a delightful array of birds, flitted and twittered outside our windows, urging us to venture out of our cozy nest. Colorful insects joined in the playful taunt, reminding us that the world beyond our room held endless wonders. Petty squirrels were also tweaking not to remain inside our rooms
Unable to resist the siren call of the great outdoors, we decided to embrace the natural bliss that surrounded us. The MTDC complex in Ganapatipule sprawled over two distinct clusters, and we chose to explore the one housing the jetty and bamboo huts. Following the resort's winding pathways, we embarked on our journey toward the jetty and the rustic bamboo huts.
The road to the jetty was like a journey through a dense forest that doubled as a botanical garden. Ancient mango trees towered overhead, their thick canopy making it nearly impossible to see the ground beneath them. Immersed in the beauty of nature, we eventually reached the cluster hosting the jetty and bamboo huts.
To be honest, this cluster had seen better days. The path leading to the jetty was covered in fallen leaves and remnants of wild fruits, and the bamboo huts were shrouded in plastic sheets, suggesting they were prone to heavy leaks. In fact, we stumbled upon a row of bamboo huts that had been reclaimed by the encroaching plants and weeds.
We came to know that Cyclone Bipajoy in June 23 and a previous tsunami had caused considerable damage from a tourist's perspective. However, nature, in all its grandeur, remained unperturbed by human concerns, continuing to follow itis own course.
But amidst these signs of nature's reclamation, there was a silver lining. The beach was within closer reach, and a river flowed gracefully, merging with the sea.
Water, originating from the vast expanse of the ocean, undergoes a mesmerizing transformation as it rises into the atmosphere, condenses into clouds, and embarks on a journey inland. These clouds, laden with moisture, eventually surrender their precious cargo in the form of life-giving rain. This cycle embodies water's inherent urge to return to its origin—the boundless ocean—by flowing through rivers that ultimately reunite with the sea. Along its path, water may temporarily find refuge in ponds, ditches, lakes, and wells etc. yet its true nature remains unwavering, an unwavering commitment to its homeward course.
Intriguingly, while water can vary in its potability, our planet predominantly comprises salty oceans. These vast bodies of water serve as nature's purifiers, accumulating and containing impurities, thus ensuring the availability of sweet, drinkable water on land.
In a parallel and equally profound manner, the human soul yearns for a reunion with its divine source. Though it may become entangled in the intricate web of worldly affairs and illusion, it possesses an inherent resilience that propels it towards its spiritual origin. Just as water faithfully seeks the ocean, the human soul, once liberated from the illusions that ensnare it, embarks on a transformative journey towards the divine, driven by an innate desire for reunion and spiritual fulfillment.

After basking in the serene beauty of nature, we made our way back to our cozy rooms. The experience had left us feeling deeply connected to the awe-inspiring and humbling forces of the natural world.
Our day was far from over, as we eagerly embarked on more explorations, each holding its own unique story and adventure. In my next blog post, I'll take you through the captivating details of these daytime escapades, where we discovered even more wonders waiting to be unveiled. Stay tuned for an exciting journey through the heart of nature's mysteries.
